General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Shop,, Website, PayPal or other related sites and services.


Information We Collect


To fulfil your order, you provide us with certain information (which you authorise personally), through Website, Instagram or PayPal, meaning that we can fulfil the order. This may include your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information for a custom order.


Why We Need Your Information And How We Use It


We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:


~as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes or to provide customer support.


~if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.


How We Collect This Data


This data is supplied to Present Moment at the till for shop orders, or checkout process via PayPal for Facebook, Etsy and Instagram orders or at the card site for Website orders. We receive the details saved to your account at the time of ordering.

Information is then stored into our PayPal, Epos, or Card Company Account, so we can dispatch your items to the correct address. We also receive an email from PayPal and/or Card Company confirming a purchase has been made and the address that your card is registered to.



Information Sharing and Disclosure


We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:


~Service providers. We engage two trusted third parties (Royal Mail and Parcel Force) to provide delivery services for our shop. We share your name and address with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.


~Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:


A. Respond to process or to government requests.


B. Enforce our agreements, terms and policies.


C. Prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal issues.




D. Protect the rights, property and safety of our customers or others.


Data Retention


We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements.

We generally keep your data for 2 months, or if you are part of our loyalty scheme for as long as you wish us to have it.


How We Keep Your Data Secure.


Data stored digitally


~ The information collected during the checkout process is stored in our PayPal Account and Card Company Account.

PayPal and the Card Company have renewed their General Data Protection Regulations Policy to abide with the new laws in place, both effective 25th May 2018.


~ We employ security measures on all of our devices to ensure data is stored securely. Devices in our possession that have access to our Facebook, Card Company and PayPal accounts are as follows:


~ Apple IPad is Password and Fingerprint Protected.


~ Apple IPhone is Password and Fingerprint Protected


~ Apple Laptop is Password Protected


~ Card Machine is code Protected


Data stored as a hard copy.


We print labels and invoices to send to you, but do not print copies.


Your Rights

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.


~ Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information.

Except for exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.


~ Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
